Henry is a seasoned financier and media industry leader with decades of experience across Asia’s financial and creative landscapes. He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman (acting) of Digital Domain, a Hollywood visual effects studio listed in Hong Kong and as a Non-Executive Director at Neon Global, a Singapore-based media technology company backed by international institutional investors.
In 2013, Henry founded pH Capital Limited, a boutique advisory firm based in Hong Kong, with a focus on driving meaningful societal impact across critical sectors such as food security, green mobility solutions, and media technology. Prior to this, he has held key leadership roles at various financial institutions including Chief Risk Officer at Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) (2010–2013), Managing Director of Investment Banking (Asia) at Cushman & Wakefield (2006–2008), and Deputy General Manager at National Australia Bank (Hong Kong) (2001 - 2006), where he led risk management, strategic investments, and regional business expansion.
